Membership Form

Dues for the group are $12 a year. Renewal comes in September of each year. Make checks payable to  ‘PARENT Group.’ Membership dues help to cover the costs of printing and mailing our newsletter. Payment of dues is voluntary. If you cannot afford this amount, fill out the form and send it in anyway. You may wish to contribute $1 a month to help with these costs as you are able.

This information helps us to get you your newsletter and communicate with you. We like to celebrate God’s gift of life and love in you. So, you may share with us the names and birthdays of the members of your families. Of course the  personal information is optional. If you need more room, feel free to use another sheet of paper.

The group runs totally on a volunteer basis. Each month, someone writes the newsletter, arranges for the meeting place and theme, and organizes a group activity. It is a great opportunity to show off your family’s talents, ask that burning question, and do that activity or take that field trip you always wanted to do. If you would like to volunteer to take charge for a month, please tell us which month. __________________ If you have suggestions for topics or activities, write them on a separate sheet of paper and  send or bring it to us.
