in the Heartland
On the following pages you can find information on waterways in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas, including history, float, and fishing information for each river, stream, and creek. Check back here often for updates. We plan to have photos, maps, and data on each of the rivers, streams, and creeks. We will be adding waterways as information becomes available. If you are planning a visit to the area, we have print descriptions of the waterways. They are laminated in case you want to take them on your float. Laminated descriptions of the streams can be purchased for $5 each plus $3.95 for postage. Take it on the float with you.
You can also order the entire book containing the history and descriptions of the streams and McDonald County where they are located. The cost is $25 plus $3.95 postage.
We will also offer an e-book version of the history. Watch for an announcement on its release.
